Susanne Lundin har skapat en tvärvetenskaplig forskningsmiljö vid Lunds Universitet. Studier av medicinsk frontlinjeforskning som bl.a. reproduktionsteknologi, genterapi, stamcellsforskning, transplantationer, xenotransplantationer samt prioriteringar i sjukvården. Hennes aktuella forskning fokuserar följande områden:
