You will be contacted by the International Office, HT once you have been notified of your admission to exchange studies. We will also send you a nomination letter containing things that are important for you to know before your departure.

Covid-19

The pandemic affects our entire world. Countries have been affected to varying degrees. Authorities and universities have acted differently and recommendations and restrictions are continuously updated. You can get an overview at the following websites:

  • Please note, if you carry out your exchange studies online, you are not covered by Student OUT

Also make sure to keep track of the host university's / host organisation's information about Covid-19.

Application to the host university

The application to your host university can vary; your coordinator may send a message to the partner university asking them to contact you directly or you may meet your coordinator at Lund University and go through the application together.
