In this letter you will find important information regarding the next phases of the nomination process for exchange studies.
The pandemic affects our entire world. Countries have been affected to varying degrees. Authorities and universities have acted differently and recommendations and restrictions are continuously updated. You can get an overview at the following websites:
- Foreign Ministry's travel recommendations (in Swedish)
- See the host country's entry rules at Sweden Abroad
- Read Kammarkollegiet's FAQ about the insurance Student UT (in Swedish)
- Please note, if you carry out your exchange studies online, you are not covered by Student OUT
Also make sure to keep track of the host university's / host organisation's information about Covid-19.
Application to the host university
The application to your host university can vary; your coordinator may send a message to the partner university asking them to contact you directly or you may meet your coordinator at Lund University and go through the application together.
