We strongly recommend you to arrive on Arrival Day since all procedures regarding housing, the Swedish language and orientation programme including SUSA and other useful welcome activities will be managed at one location on that day.
During Arrival Day, international mentors will meet you at Copenhagen airport and at the railway station in Lund. You will recognise the international mentors by their light blue t-shirts with the Lund University logo. From the Lund train station you can take the free minivan shuttle service to the AF building where Arrival Day for autumn is held

General Information Meeting and Pre-Registration Day
Do not to miss the General Information Meeting and the obligatory Pre-Registration Day with your Coordinators.
At the General Information Meeting you will receive a lot of useful and practical information from the International Student Mobility Group of Lund University.
On the Pre-Registration at your Faculty you will receive information about studies and registration by your coordinators; you will also be able to book a private meeting with your coordinator to get your paperwork signed, to discuss your choice of courses for the coming semester, etc.

If you cannot be in Lund in time for Arrival Day and Pre-Registration Day, it is very important that you contact us, your coordinators at the HT International Office at the Faculties of Humanities and Theology well in advance.
This is a very important document, and you need to bring it to your first meeting with your coordinator at the Faculties of Humanities and Theology. Together you will enter the courses of your choice, and you will in some cases have to make sure to get signatures from each lecturer on each course. Once you have obtained the signatures, you need to hand in the form to your coordinator as soon as possible. Your coordinator will then make sure that the information is registered in LADOK (the Lund University computer system for course registrations and results). This is necessary for you to get your course results at the end of the semester.
Use the Changes to Pre-Registration Form in order to keep it updated, during your entire stay in Lund.
