I am a PhD student in German literature since fall 2022. My research project concerns the works of contemporary female German-language authors and the literary representation of love and negative sociality in a late capitalist and late modern context.
My BA from Lund University was on the representation of emotion and emotional development in Judith Hermann's novel Alice and my MA (also from Lund University) was on the contemporarity in three German-language 21st century short story collections by female authors.
My areas of interest include German-language contemporary literature, Feminist criticism, Love studies and the modern short story.
