Rules for cancellation.*

The Joint Faculties of Humanities and Theology will settle the participation fee. It is important to cancel your application no later than 14 days before the start of the course if you are unable to attend. In case of late cancellation and if it's not possible to find a replacement, the department may be invoiced the participation fee.
