Individual study plans
Doctoral studies
An individual study plan must be drawn up immediately for every admitted doctoral student, regardless of their type of financing. The Joint Faculties of Humanities and Theology's electronic tool (see below) shall be used.
The study plan is to be followed up and renewed no later than 1st October each year, but should be updated more often if necessary, i.e. if the conditions change.
The individual study plan is drawn up by the supervisors together with the doctoral student. When completed, it must be printed and signed by the doctoral student, the principal supervisor and the head of department, and subsequently sent to the faculty secretary (see right) for review by the pro dean.
