Our receptionists can help you with:

  • General questions
  • Purchasing compendia
  • Purchasing parking permits
  • Retrieving written exams once they have been graded
  • Grade certificates/study certificates, enrollment certificates, Ladok transcripts (you can print out a certifiable transcript in Ladok using your student account: https://www.student.ladok.se/student/loggain)
  • Buying profile products

We welcome payment by debit card!

Opening hours during semester

  • Monday–Thursday: 8.45 a.m.–4.00 p.m.
  • Friday: 8.45 a.m.–3.30 p.m.

Changes in opening hours

  • On Friday, 31 October, the reception desk closes at 12.30 p.m.

Changes in opening hours will be posted here and at the reception desk.

Lost property

Have you lost your credit card, your glove, your mobile phone, your umbrella, your LU card or anything else? Ask at the reception desk. Many lost-and-found articles are handed in to us.
