Reception at SOL

The reception is located in the atrium of the SOL building.

Our receptionists can help you with:

  • General questions
  • Purchasing compendia
  • Purchasing parking permits
  • Retrieving written exams once they have been graded (you need valid photo ID, driver's license or passport - NOT picture of ID or digital ID)
  • Grade certificates/study certificates, enrollment certificates, Ladok transcripts (you can print out a certifiable transcript in Ladok using your student account: https://www.student.ladok.se/student/loggain)

We welcome payment by debit card!

December 22: 10 am - 2 pm
Dec. 23 - Dec. 28: CLOSED
December 29: 10 am - 2 pm
Dec 30 - Jan 6: CLOSED
From January 7, 2026: regular opening hours.

Opening hours during semester
Mon–Fri: 8.30 a.m.–4.00 p.m. (closed Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

Occasional changes in opening hours will be posted here and at the reception desk.

Lost property

Have you lost your credit card, your glove, your mobile phone, your umbrella, your LU card or anything else? Ask at the reception desk. Many lost-and-found articles are handed in to us.
