In our mentorship programme, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of how your perspectives and skills can be applied in the workplace.
Be matched with a mentor who:

– Are studying at the HT faculties
– Want to grow and gain new perspectives on your future
– Are curious about how your knowledge can make a difference
Programme overview:
– Start: Fall 2026
– Duration: approx. 6 months
– Limited number of spots – a small and engaged group

The mentorship programme is part of Lund Humanities Village.
Application, selection and assessment
Main requirements:
- Student or early-career researcher at the HT faculties
- Able to participate for the entire duration of the programme
- Must have attended the information session
Applications, limited to a maximum of 3 A4 pages, should be emailed to lundhumanitiesvillage@ht.lu.se as a PDF or Word file. The applicant should introduce themselves and their background, including their current connection to the HT faculties (ongoing studies or employment). In addition, the following questions should be answered:
- Why are you applying?
- What do you hope to gain from the mentorship?
- What can you contribute yourself?
- How do you view your future professional role?
- Any interest in the industry
- Ability to attend in person in Lund
- Work experience
Selection criteria:
- Motivation
- Level of reflection
- Expectations of the programme
- Compatibility with mentors
