Do you want to become more confident in Swedish and ready to use the language in everyday life, studies, or work? This distance course helps you take a big step forward in both spoken and written Swedish.
This course gives you the skills needed to reach level B1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). You develop your ability to understand, speak, read, and write Swedish.
During the course, you will:
• explore key elements of Swedish grammar and pronunciation
• practise writing clear texts on different topics
• read and talk about Swedish literature
• learn more about current issues and debates in Swedish society
• build your vocabulary and improve your confidence in conversations
You will also work on understanding information and expressing it clearly in Swedish. Throughout the course, you will receive guidance to help you see what you need to develop further.

Eligibility:
To be admitted to the course, students must meet the general entry requirements for higher education in Sweden (with the exception of proficiency in Swedish) and have knowledge equivalent to SVEH13 Swedish for Students with a Foreign Background: Level 3, 7.5 credits
